Community

At OSLAR California, again and again we talk about community and building a family, thinking about who and what really matters to us. Our main goal when starting OSLAR was to bring people together through art, surfing, culture, and creativity. It’s never been about how many T-shirts we could sell, or how much we could sell them for, or anything near that, but rather who’s going to be the person wearing that T-shirt, and how they’re going to feel when they put it on.

As we approach our first-year anniversary as a brand, it’s been about growing the community and getting people to understand what we’re after. Now we’re extremely excited to actually be able to start bringing you all together, whether that’s through events, pop-ups, showings, etc. The summers get really busy with the long beach days, but as fall approaches, we plan to start incorporating these into our program as often as we can.

It can be tough with such a small team, but we know what our goal is, and we owe it to you all to bring that goal to life. Thank you for all the support and love up to this point. It makes the world go round.
